Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases from promaxxgoods.com, sold by PRO MAXX Roastery

Who can buy

You must be 18 or older and ship to an address in the United States.

Orders and prices

Prices are in US dollars. We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error.

Using what you buy

Read the care notes that come with each piece. Kettles, presses and carafes hold hot water: set them on a flat surface, keep them out of reach of children, and let glass cool before you wash it. Electric pieces run on US mains power.

Returns

Our returns and refunds policy is on the Returns and refunds page.
